Each address you write guides for. Two flats in one building are two properties. Every property includes its guest, cleaner and staff guides, so you never pay per guide.
Do my cleaners and guests need a seat?
No. Users are the people who log in to write and edit guides. Anyone you send a link to, like guests, cleaners or a contractor you use twice a year, just opens it. They never need an account.
Do SOPs cost extra?
No. SOPs cover your whole business, not one property, so they aren't counted as properties. Team includes up to 10 and Portfolio has no limit.
How do the volume discounts work?
Like tax bands. Your first four properties are full price, properties 5 to 9 are 10% off, 10 to 24 are 20% off, 25 to 49 are 30% off, and every property from the 50th is 40% off.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down whenever you like, and add or remove properties as your portfolio changes.
